Refunds and Shipping

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase from Active Ascensions. Please review the following guidelines regarding returns and refunds:

Returns Policy:  Returns are not accepted for food safety reasons. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item or arrange for a replacement.

Refunds Policy: We want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please review our refund policy below:

Refunds & Replacements:

  • Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense and either replaced or fully refunded.
  • If you are unsatisfied with your first purchase for any reason, please reach out to us at help@activeascensions.com to initiate a refund.
  • For repeat orders experiencing shipping delays, damages, or receiving incorrect products, please contact our customer support team for a refund or replacement.

    Refund Process:

    • When refunds are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

    Refund Exemptions:

    • Wrong Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Reshipment costs will be incurred for insufficient addresses.
    • Unclaimed Packages: Customers are responsible for the cost of reshipment for unclaimed packages.
    • Buyer's Remorse: We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns or exchanges are at the discretion and expense of the customer.
    • Rejected by Customs: Refunds will not be issued for packages returned due to customs rejection. Customers are responsible for researching import regulations and paying any necessary customs fees.
    • Orders Prepared for Shipment: Once an order has been prepared for shipment, cancellations and refunds may not be possible.

      Late or Missing Refunds:

      • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your account. If you requested a cash refund, contact your credit card company and bank for further assistance. For any issues, please reach out to our customer support team.

      Subscription Cancellations:

      • Customers with active subscriptions who wish to cancel must do so before their next billing cycle. Once the subscription is billed, cancellations will not be eligible for refunds.

      Shipping Details: Please review our shipping policy below:

      • Order Processing Time: Our standard order processing time is 5-7 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.
      • US Domestic Shipping: Regular shipping typically takes 1-4 business days via USPS, while express shipping takes 1-3 business days via FedEx.
      • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by zone, ranging from 2-5 business days. Please note that customers outside the US may be subject to customs and import fees.
      • Shipping Methods and Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method, destination, and weight of the items in your order. The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed during the checkout process.
      • Order Tracking: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment.
      • Address Accuracy: Please ensure accurate shipping information during checkout to avoid delays or incorrect deliveries.
